Due to the nature of perfumes:

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned
• Returns only accepted if:
  • Bottle is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered

3. Free Tester Policy

• 1.5ml / 2ml testers are non-returnable
• These are provided for testing purposes only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for approved returns
• Refund will be issued via:
  • Bank transfer OR
  • Store credit

👉 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer only

6. Exchange Policy
